Self Aligning Ball Bearings

Used in highly diversified industrial sectors, self aligning bearings, by their design, high loads where alignment is not guaranteed.

With over 6,000 part numbers this product line:
- Is available in grey cast iron, pressed steel, stainless steel, thermoplastic material.
- Five bearing insert types, four types of unit retention features, various protective covers and appropriate sealing systems, as well as specific surface treatments.

Grey cast iron bearing units are self aligning, due to their spherical bearing seat. The mounted insert allows an angular movement in all directions. That is why shaft misalignment is compensated up to a certain degree.

This self alignment should only be necessary once, and must not occur permanently in operation.
