Orbic supply a range of speed reducer and motorised gear units to fulfil all industrial applications.

The range includes right angle and parallel / in-line gear units utilising worm gear, helical gear and combinations, including helical / worm gear, helical / bevel /helical and double reduction worm gear.

Helical geared motor units, foot and flange mounted types, up to 100:1 ratio

Helical shaft mounted unit with parallel or taper bush mounting, up to 25:1 ratio

A full range of right angle shaft units are also available off the shelf Most units are offered as a modular design with hollow output bore , or the option of plug-in output shaft.

All wormshafts are precision hardened and ground with centrifugally cast wormwheel rims electron beam welded to their centre, for high efficiency and strength.

Orbic also offers a range of custom designed open gear sets to commercial and and high precision accuracies - DIN2/AGMA14 standard.

The gears are available to standard and bespoke dimensions as helical or wormgear sets.
